These were absolutely amazing. I love the idea of grating the butter it works so well. After I grated the butter into the flour I tossed it up a bit and put the whole bowl back in the freezer for 10 minutes before adding the milk. And a little trick with the milk if you only have 2% I add some powdered milk to it to make it more like whole milk. These are not the prettiest biscuits I made but the flavor was wonderful.

I doubled the recipe and cooked rhem a few minutes longer and they are some of the best biscuits I've ever made.

Recipe was great. I reduced the butter content to 4 TBS bc my husband hates butter, and they were still amazing. Thank you for sharing your recipe. I love it.

My first time ever making biscuts, they were amazing! The Video is such a huge help for a beginner baker. I was so impressed. Don’t believe the bad reviews!

Just like photos; flaky biscuit. Made sure I had right oven temp and ingredients. The tips on technique were nice. There’s even a video!

Love this recipe. I've made it four times already and have loved the biscuits every time. Quick, easy, delicious.

I did half the size and was able to make 8 mini biscuits. They came out great. They didn't get golden brown on top like the recipe said though, so be sure to watch that when baking.

Excellent! My go-to biscuit recipe now. I usually triple it and then freeze the cut out biscuits so I have biscuits for a few weeks. Bake however many you want straight from the freezer for 20 minutes on 425 and you’re good to go.

These biscuits came out exactly as planned, with a little surprise crunch on the top and bottom! Recipe was well explained! I'll be making these again, for sure.

Best biscuit receipt I’ve found. Fluffy on the inside and a bit crusty on the outside. I froze the butter and then shredded before adding it to the dry ingredients, then used the rest of the stick to melt and brush the tops after they came out of the oven.

Very easy, quick and delicious! My picky eater kids really liked them. Using the pastry cutter to cut the butter into the dough mixture made it easy. I put the butter into the freezer for 15 mins before I started and that worked well.

These are the best biscuits ever! I followed the directions exactly. Freezing then grating the butter is brilliant!

Biscuits were really good. I reduced the amount of sugar to a teaspoon. And, it needed slightly more milk to get all the flour mixed well (could be a slight difference in the measuring cups). Will definitely make this again.

My go-to biscuit recipe. I double it to get 12 biscuits and freeze for the week before baking. Sometimes I switch tallow for butter if I have it.

Had to double the recipe for my family. Don’t double the salt (helpful hint of needing larger serving size). Amazing recipe! Simple! Very fluffy! Follow tips. WORTH! 🥰
