    Tasted great in the end. Shrunk up significantly. Use the largest potatoes you can find. A very laborious “project” for very little yield. I’m a vegetarian “health nut”, but the effort required to do these far outstrips any health benefit of “doing it yourself”. We’ll just go back to reserving hot chips to a 4-6 time per year “yum”... at a restaurant.
