Description
Being born and brought up in Saudi, Shawarma is one thing I’ve literally grown up on. Having tried different kinds of them, this recipe is a combination of my favorite elements that make up a good shawarma.
Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- cooked chicken (in your choice of spices - 1 cup, shredded)
- 1 tsp. chilli paste
- lime (a few drops)
- 2 handfuls french fries
- 6 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- beetroot
- mint leaves (a handful, chopped)
- hot sauce (/ Ketchup - according to taste)

Directions
- Prepare your french fries.
- Mix the chicken with red chilli paste and lime.
- In a non-stick pan, drizzle some oil, and toss in the chicken. Stir-fry until the slightly crisp texture is attained
