    Very good. If you like the alfredo at Olive Garden, then this recipe is very similar. I also added some mushrooms sauted in butter, garlic and white truffle oil. Delicious.

    The recipe needs a little more heavy cream because the Parmesan was a little too overwhelming in the sense that it clumped up to the fettuccine. Other than that, it was delicious.
