good but could have been better probably my own fault.
i used extra virgin olive oil which gave too strong of an oil taste.
i added more pasteurized egg yolk, MCT oil and reduced the heavy oil taste. I will do it again with some more egg yolk and less favorable oil next time.
made a good tarta sauce thoug.
