    It was good but I won’t use the Italian seasoning next time! I also made a bbq version, I used dry bbq rub instead of Italian seasoning and bbq sauce instead of ketchup - I liked that one much better. I think I’ll add Worcestershire sauce next time also!

    Easy to make, common kitchen ingredients. The consistency was too wet for my preference, so I may leave out the milk next time.

    I usually use another recipe when making meatloaf, but I came across this one and thought I'd try it. Now this is my go-to meatloaf recipe. I was pleased with the taste and how moist it came out. The entire family loved it also.

    Fantastic. i used 2 lbs beef and upped the ingredients. i used pork rinds instead of bread crumbs for a low carb option.

    I wanted to add more flavor so I put in crushed garlic, 1/2 a packet of onion soup mix. The meat mixture was a little wet but once done, the flavor was tasty. I would make again!

    The flavor was decent but the consistency was not good. Way to runny, I guess is the word. I even cut down on the milk the recipe called for because that seemed to much. May try it again with 0 milk.

    It was very good, just like Grandma used to make. I did add a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to mine, because Grandma always did.

    So good! very moist and tasty. Easy to throw together, i doubled the recipe but only still only used 1/2 C milk and 1C of bread crumbs. I may throw some cheese sticks in it next time?

    it turned out really good. i did not add the milk though and i added westeshire sauce 2 tsp and 1/4 tsp of black pepper and 1 1/4 tsp of salt.

    my first time making meatloaf ever. im made some changes: ground turkey, added more vegetables (carrot and red bell pepper), lots of spicy chilis and paprika, seasoned bread crumbs). also i made a different gravy with mushrooms and parsley. i did NOT add any milk. it came out great!

    Delicious! I only added one egg and I loaded up on seasonings. Do add some salt to it too. Super easy and good.

    It was alright. Texture was a little too wet. I used about a tableapoon of milk. The taste wasn't as savory as I am used to with Meatloaf. I'll use this recipe as a base in the future.
