Very moist! Will make this many more times. It was delicious. Added about a tablespoon extra breadcrumbs based on other reviews.

Absolutely the most bland meatloaf I've ever tasted in my life. Going off of the reviews, I decided to follow the recipe as is. I could barely eat it, it was tasteless. So, I remade it and added garlic salt, green peppers, kept the Italian seasoning, and some pepper. Excluded the milk. this little change made for the BEST meatloaf I have ever made. If you are big on flavorful food with texture, modify this recipe. (I also kept the onions, eggs, and breadcrumbs)

This was so good! I didn’t like meatloaf growing up and this was the first time I made it. (My fiancée wanted some). And I’ll be making it again for sure.

the flavor was excellent. The first day it was a little mushy. Someone suggested to me next time leave out the milk. I would definitely make this again

absolutely wonderful! i increased the onion on accident and used italian bread crumbs and omitted italian seasoning. i added tsp of salt. could have used more salt but it was perfect to me! Fiance liked it. i call it a win! also add 2 tbs of brown sugar to ketchup with 1tbs mustard for better taste for the sauce.
