- 1 cooked chicken breast (OR 1 Large cooked Turkey Sausage, I would have used Chicken, but we didnt have any)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup mozzarella (Shreaded 2%)
- 2 cups lettuce (Chopped)
- 1 mayo (Heaping Table Spoon Fat Free)
- 1 tomato (medium, or lots of cherries tomatoes if that’s all you have!)
- 1 avocado

- mushrooms (optional)
