I absolutely love this recipe! I know it as "Man pleasing chicken". The title fits because my man does not like chicken and he couldn't get enough of this. I like to use the bone in thighs with the skin on and fry them a little so when they come out of the oven it has a nice crunchy crust. I've also substituted the maple syrup for honey. Still delicious.

I read the comments on the blog page because I was concerned about the cooking heat and time. I followed the directions and it was perfectly fine. I don't think it is as amazing as others think it is, but it's okay. I agree with someone else, the sauce is missing something so I would probably add the rosemary to the sauce instead next time.

Very good! Surprisingly different. I made with bone in thighs and will be making again. I will try this with chicken breasts also.

Thought it was terrific!
Went according to the recipe, the chicken was very moist, tangy mustardy sauce. Served it with roasted sweet potato ( which went along great with the oven temp ), and a green salad.

Awesome... This is always awesome.
We didn't modify anything and sometimes we kind of throw it all together and it's still good. It's always our go to with guests and we serve it with potatoes and asparagus and French bread. So good

I used about 3-4 lbs of bone in, with skin thighs. Was a little heavy on the dijon and the maple syrup (I live in New England, so the real stuff). I found that the top got brown to fast at 450 degrees, so turned the oven down to 375 and covered the pan with foil at about 20 min to go.
I poured the liquid out of the pan into a skillet, but it on the stove. I mixed the cornstarch with a little milk in a jar to make sure it wasn't lumpy, and mixed with the liquid now lightly boiling. Whisked it up to a nice smooth consistency.
I didn't have the rosemary, so I don't if that would have changed the flavor.
It was very moist with a slightly sweet dijon flavor. It was a hit with my picky daughter.
Super easy.
