I truly appreciate the in-depth description of how to make a decent Hollandaise sauce I have tried before but with these directions and pointers it came out truly creamy. My only concern is I like more flavors to my sauce so I will try and add more different things than just lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Discrepancy between 1 page of Yummly and the actual website.. is it 1tbsp of lemon juice or 3? Otherwise, the recipe is great! Family loved it

This sauce was the best I’ve ever tried! The only thing I did different was to add one more egg yolk because usually when I make the sauce I add an egg yolk for each tablespoon of lemon juice; It just makes it a little more creamier! Thanks for the great recipe!
