- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1/2 red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. paprika (or more if you can take the heat :)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 15 oz. refried beans (check can to make sure they’re vegan!)
- 1 medium tomato (finely diced)
- nutritional yeast (optional: sprinkle with, before baking)
- vegan butter (optional:, for brushing the rolls)
- 14 oz. Wholly Guacamole (for serving!)
- cilantro (for serving)
