This was my first time making prime rib and it was as good as what I've had in fancy restaurants. I'll be making it again.

The roast came out terrific. The spice rub was just the right amount of seasoning. It took longer to cook than the recommended time, in order to reach the 130F, but it was worth the wait!

Delicious. Rub was excellent. I did modify temps, 500-45 min, 325-30 min, and 450-20 min. Result was great. Thanks for Recipe.
