Excellent !! I had everything thing on hand and was craving some good hot oatmeal. I actually cooked it the night before 3/4 of the way and let it sit with the lid on till it cooled and put in the refrigerator. So part of it was like overnight oats. I just heated it up in the microwave but you could on the stove, probably adding little more milk. I added a little cinnamon and honey with the bananas and brown sugar. Very good and it wasn’t a holiday just a cold morning in February.
