Perfect of the holiday! Light, refreshing, and just enough tartness to cut some of the rich flavors in a holiday menu. That being said, there is a caveat, I recommend using a high quality ginger beer such as FeverTree; others simply are too sweet and don't have a true ginger flavor that will cut through the other flavors.

It was good but I added a little more cranberry juice and ginger beer to balance the vodka. I will make them again
