    I put everything in the instapot. Set it for 40 mins on the meat/stew setting and dinner was served. add sweet potatoes for a side and wonderful. wish I would have made rice because that would have made it really awesome. I made the sweet and sour meatballs the other night and froze some of the meatballs because it was way too much for 2 people. so took them out of the freezer and added it to the sauce mixture then cooked. it was amazing.

    Fair, likely because I had to cut the recipe, and did not get an ingredient or two proportioned correctly. I shall alter the left overs to hopefully improve them.

    They turned out awesome:) I browned meatballs in the oven first and doubled the sauce. Will make again 4 sure. :)
    I doubled the recipe and also used Jack/ Honey Jack . What a big hit!!

    Yummy! Used three pounds of meatballs, but only doubled sauce recipe. Used a touch less Makers Mark. Very good and plenty of sauce. Recipe definitely a keeper!

    I just gave these a test run, and WOW! I'm cutting back a TINY bit on the bourbon, but not much. And I did brown my meatballs first, after reading the comments here. Invited a couple of my favorite "guinea pigs" over, and got rave reviews! It's going on the list for all holiday parties now.

    This was good however, I wish I would have seared my meatballs first so give it a nice crunch. They were also a little sweet for me and my hubby’s taste definitely should have added more spice to it.

    my family loved it. the only thing i did different was use Jim Beam and Jim Beam Honey. I'm glad i decided to double the portion cause this family of 3 devoured these things!!! thanks a bunch for this 🙌🏽🙌🏽
