- 1 yellow noodles (or rice noodle sticks, or rice vermicelli)
- 4 cups water spinach (4 oz, or spinach)
- 2 cups bean sprouts (4 oz)
- 4 fishcakes
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (or to taste, Optional)
- fried shallots (for garnish, Optional)
- sauce (Sambal oelek, Optional)
