- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Mix the corn flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cream the shortening and butter until soft, add the sugar and beat until fluffy. Add the egg and beat. Slowly add the flour mixture, beat until smooth.
