- 1/3 cup whole wheat panko (Japanese-style bread crumbs, see note)

- 2 Tbsp. ketchup (all-natural or organic)
- 8 oz. whole wheat capellini (angel hair, pasta or soba noodles)
- 1 lb. asparagus (3/4 –, with tough ends removed, cut into about 1 - 2-inch pieces, to equal about 2 cups)

- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1/4 tsp. sriracha hot chili sauce (or similar hot sauce)
