Description
You can find chow mein or instant ramen noodles in the Asian section of most grocery stores. To make this as a vegetarian option, simply omit the pork and begin with the red peppers, carrots and scallions

- 6 oz. ramen noodles (or chow mein noodles)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 8 oz. pork tenderloin (cut into one inch cubes)
- 1 red pepper (diced)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 3 scallions (thinly sliced)
- 3 cups baby bok choy (from about 3 total)
- 1/3 cup Soy Vay® Hoisin Garlic Asian Glaze & Marinade

I made this for my very picky Asian husband and he LOVED it! Followed recipe except hoisin with garlic not available in our store, so I added minced garlic when I added our hoisin. This is quick and easy. Thanks for sharing.

The taste was very good.
I swapped the bok choy with bean sprouts and added a little corn starch to thicken the sauce though.
Next time I'll try it with some jasmine rice as I'm not a fan of fried ramen it turned out.
