Amazingly easy to make. Store bought hoagie rolls have too much sugar so I elected to make my own. These were the best tasting hoagie rolls I have ever eaten. I started late in the day so I used the overnight method. I cut the recipe in half because I didn’t want to waste ingredients in case the recipe turned out bad. Was I ever wrong! Light, slightly chewy and the perfect bread for sandwiches. You won’t regret trying this recipe.
