  • 4 green onions (chopped, both the white part and green part, separated, optional)

    It turned out great and is definitely a repeat recipe. It also gave me an excuse to use the outdoor griddle and beat some spatulas around and act like a real hibachi pro. The ultimate complement was the boys telling me it was better than the hibachi restaurants we eat at. Those places normally cost us about $100 per meal so if I can do hibachi at home for a fraction of the price with the same or better taste then it’s a win-win for me.
