- 2 avocados (ripe but not brown kinda ripe, I mean they can be but it won’t look as pretty)

- 1 pinch sea salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (good quality)
- 2 Tbsp. water (if needed)
- 500 grams gluten free pasta (your choosing)
