Wonderful combination of flavors...My hens have always required double the amount of the mixture. So when I cook two hens, I used the recommended amount for 4 hens. You’ll also want to sprinkle some paprika through cooking to brown the hens. Other than that it’s good.

Dish turned out great. Took 6 hens longer to cook (2 1/2 hours) to get to 170 internal temp. Lemon & Herbs very tasty. Yum!

Great. Made for two people so just cooked one hen.
Lemon and butter amount needs to be reduced by at least half. I still had some sauce left over after basting so I just cooked spinach and used remaining sauce in that. Otherwise, great and simple dish. Hubby loved it. Very moist
