I don’t often grate anything so this was a good inspiration for me, but I agree it’s missing something - I’m going to add feta cheese. Definitely better cold.

I felt something was missing, so I added raisins, honey and feta cheese. Actually I made a totally different recipe out of it, but I was satisfied.
