- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 pinch dried thyme
- 1/2 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 chicken breast halves (skinless and deboned)

Directions
- In a bowl, add the parsley, oregano, thyme, basil, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, oil, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the chicken and cover the bowl. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Cook the chicken in a skillet on medium heat until golden brown on both sides and cooked on the inside.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes and cut into strips and serve.
