- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary (finely chopped, or 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed)
- 2 tsp. chopped garlic (finely)
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 lb. potatoes

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
- In large shallow roasting pan, evenly spread potatoes. Roast, stirring once, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
