This is my go to lamp pop recipe I have made it so many times now my husband asks for it by name I up the amount of lemon juice and olive oil as I usually need more

These were very easy to make and very tasty. I used just regular lamb steaks, as opposed to the chops pops the recipe calls for, and they still turned out great!
