Turned out great! I added corn starch because I ran out of flour worked out great%!

Really good. I however seasoned the chicken breast fullly, allowed in the sit in the buttermilk and pepper, then added the flour.

I made it a couple weeks ago and it was really good, but don’t flip it every 3 min it won’t give the breading enough time to cook onto the chicken. I made it again today without flipping it every 3 min and it was amazing!

Made this tonight for dinner and it was delicious!!! I didn't have buttermilk it I just substituted milk and lemon juice and let it sit until the milk soured. My picky son even ate it.
