It turned out wonderful, I made a few changes. I braised both sides of the roast with the paste. I put 3 large sweet potatoes cut up in chunks, 2 ribs of celery, 1/2 c of chunked carrots and a purple onion sliced thin 2 Tbs. olive oil and sea salt, roasted at 425 oven. Then I combined them with 1 1/2 cups of beef broth, turn temperature down to 375, cook covered the pan in foil. Best flavors ever. I would not have imagined the flavors being so great together.
