Was very impressed with how this turned out, pork loin was juicy and the rub was delicious. Definitely will be making this again

Turned out very tender (I put it in a salt brine first). The rub was very flavorful. Will make it again.

This honestly turned out amazing! Everyone in my family love it! I wouldn’t change a thing about it! Except I did smoke it on the Traeger for 15 minutes before fully cooking it!

Had to cook it a little extra longer, my pork was still cold when it went into the oven. I added just a bit of honey to the rub as well, made it super yummy!

AMAZING! Excellent flavor if you love salty foods. Wife and I never really bought pork roast before, but after finding this recipe, every other week we enjoy this meal.

The flavor on this was excellent. It seemed to permeate the meat, rather than just stick to the outside. However, we both felt that it was pretty salty. Next time I would definitely add less salt.
