Loved the heat the red pepper added to the dish. Cooking with the pan covered kept the chicken skin moist, next time I may take the foil of at the end.

This was delicious. I loved the spice blend. I thought the addition of brown sugar would be weird, but it added so much great flavor. I will definitely make this again.

Great. I added a small bit it white dry whine as a reduction ingredient. Also added basil and rosemary. Less than a tsp.

Great. I second that potatoes could be boiled briefly before throwing them in. But they were fine. And all was very tasty.

Great recipe but I think the portables and sweet potatoes need pre-boiling slightly first

Great recipe and really easy to make. I will make it again but would probably add carrots and peppers for more flavor.
