  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup marsala
  • water (to cover)
  • 1 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1 cup panko (or 2 cups total of regular dry unseasoned breadcrumbs)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme (course chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons canola oil (for frying, or more as needed)
  • sauce (Mushrooms Marsala)
  • 1 cup yellow onion (halved and thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups crimini mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 cup marsala
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 teaspoons herbs de provence
  • 3/4 cup soy creamer (Silk)
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • mashed potatoes (Garlic)
  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 6 cloves roasted garlic (place in oven safe dish with olive oil and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup soy creamer (Silk)
