- 3 cubes crushed garlic (Dorot’s Frozen)
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- salt
- pepper
- 1 dough
- Flatout Flatbread
- 3 Tbsp. pesto
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated and enough to sprinkle on top.)
- 3 heirloom tomatoes (sliced, sliced - the number may depend on the size of the tomatoes. Mine were fairly big so I only need 3.)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
