works best on thin breasts, so you may need to mallet your cut to get it all an even thickness. Otherwise, it's a crazy simple and quick method to get flavorful chicken with a perfect texture!

Delicious the meat came out nice and tender and cooked fast for my family and very tasty... you’ve got to watch the meat in order to not over cook or burn

A bit dry but certainly tasty. I cooked it too long in the broiler ☺️ I did 8 mn once side, then 10mn, then a last 5mn. I was trying yo get the look on pix - mine were still not charred.
