My daughter and I made these and they turned out great. definitely let them chill for an hour before forming the cookies.

Made a batch of these today. It is my grandmother’s birthday and she likes Heath bars, so these seemed like a good dessert. We all liked the cookies, even those of us who aren’t really crazy about Heath bars. They are a good soft buttery cookie but with a bit of crunch on the sides. I cooked mine for the longer amount, about twelve minutes. They’re good! I used the exact measurements and it made 29 cookies for me.

Baked them for 11 min and let them cool for at least 10 min before moving to a wire rack, and they turned out perfect! Really soft and yummy!
