  • red pepper flakes (to taste I use about 1 tsp, sometimes more if I am in a spicy mood)
  • 1 can beans (white canellini, washed and drained)
  • 28 ounces San Marzano tomatoes

  • 4 vegetable stock (I use 1 but depends on how soupy you want it)
  • 1/2 pound shells
  • pasta
  • 1 bunch chard (or kale stemmed and ripped up. I prefer it with chard.)
