- 1/2 cup red wine (or broth, but the wine really adds a good flavor)

- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 15 oz. diced tomatoes (1 can, no salt added)
- 2 carrots (medium, chopped)
- 2 rib celery (chopped)
- 2 yukon gold potatoes (chopped)
- 8 oz. tomato sauce (1 can)
- 1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet (optional for color)
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 cup frozen peas

Even though I didn’t have the portobellos, it turned out great! Next time, I’ll try finding the portobellos and add the wine too.

Delicious. I used about 1/2 C broth at the start because the “brown bits” on the bottom of the pan started to become black bits. Also subbed green beans for peas. Will definitely make often

Delicious. Made a few modifications as I wanted to use up veggies I had in the . Added zucchini and subbed sweet potatoes. fridge. I loved the method. Will use this recipes over and over.
