- 1 leek (sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3/4 cup carrot (chopped)
- 3/4 cup celery (chopped)
- 2 cups green beans (chopped into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 cup green cabbage (chopped)
- 2 cups tomatoes (chopped)
- 4 1/2 cups water
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (plus more to taste)

- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (I use light)
- 1/2 cup sweet potato (cooked and mashed)
- 2 Tbsp. oil (I use grapeseed)
- 1 Tbsp. applesauce
- 2 tsp. maple syrup
- 3/4 cup oat flour (I grind my own flour using Country Choice Organic Oats)
- 1/4 cup brown rice flour
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
