- 2 stalks celery (1- ,sliced, optional, but adds flavor and nutrition)
- 6 kale leaves (5- ,de-stemmed and chopped, any other cooking green will work as well)
- 1 tomato (medium-large, or a few plum tomatoes chopped)
- 1 cup red lentils (uncooked, do not need to soak)
- 4 cups vegetable broth (1 carton)
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar (1- ,to taste)
