    I love that this recipe really packs in the vegetables, but unfortunately the sweetness from a pound of carrots overwhelms the flavor of the mushrooms

    Sooo good for so few cals. Amazing flavour and super hearty! I added tofu for some protein.

    Amazing smells and flavors. Don't skip blooming the spices. It really opens up all the flavors. I doubled the amount of nut butter and used almond bc that's what we had on hand. Yum.

    This was really good! Instead dof spinach, I added arugula. Def added more lime than was called for. Yummy!

    The flavor of this soup was really outstanding. I think the prep and cook times are a little underestimated but that worked to my advantage when guests arrived late. I do not think it needs rice at all, the soup itself is hearty!
