Excellent filling meal. I made my leftovers into a cottage Pie with mash and vegan cheese on top.Highly recommend this dish.

Mediocre. Wish I put the kale in later because it cooked up so dark. The lentils really took over the pot so there wasn’t much broth left. The seasoning was kind of bland so I added a bouillon cube. I wouldn’t make it again.

Made it with the Instant Pot after finding a similar recipe with the right instructions. I'd make this one again.

Really tasty and filling! My friends loved it too! Although I was not sure whether to use canned of dried lentils. I used canned.
