I agree with one of the other reviewers, don’t cut down on the cumin. Used chilli flakes instead of chilli powder. Turned out really well. Added some sweet corn and courgette. Served with quinoa and quark. Will make again

Excellent!!!
We will definitely be making frequently. We supplement with brown rice, avocado, cheese and instead of sour cream - we use plain non fat yogurt. (Sorry, Daisy) Otherwise recipe was used as-is. Hubby likes Sriracha on it too. 😊

Pretty good! One of the reviewers on the recipe page suggested cutting down the amount of cumin/chili powder... Don't do it! Just follow the recipe.
