- 1 large carrot (chopped)
- 1 celery rib (halved lengthwise and cut into ½ inch thick slices)
- 1 zucchini (diced into 2 cm cubes)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (finely grated)
- 4 thyme sprigs (fresh)
- 200 grams silverbeet (shredded)
- 1 bay leaf
- 300 grams pumpkin (peeled and diced into 2 cm cubes)
- 1.7 liters chicken stock (plus extra if needed)
- 450 grams cooked chicken (shredded)

- 1 handful fresh flat leaf parsley (finely chopped)
- 8 Tbsp. vegetables (cultured, or krauts of your choice, to serve)
