    So creamy and delicious. Used canned sweet corn (per another reviewer) used regular half and half, almond milk, 2 cups broth, and added oregano. Topped with green onion. Could definitely see this recipe without chicken.

    There’s not much flavor in it. I wouldn’t make it again. Consistency is nice but I had to add a lot of additional spices to get it to taste good.

    Absolutely delicious! much better than Olive Garden if you ask me. I added 2 more cups of chicken broth as it thickened quite a bit. But other than that, super deli!

    A family favorite! I add Rattlesnake cheese made here in MN, which is a tequila and habanaro cheese. Used full fat ingredients. So yummy!

    Perfect for a cold Sunday evening! I used 1 cup of organic half & half + 1 cup of water instead of the 2 cups of fat free half and half. I also ended up doing about 1.5 cups of chicken broth and a little extra spinach to healthy it up a bit! A little pink Himalayan salt and coarse black pepper to add a bit more flavor, and it was perfection!!

    this was amazing! Rich and hearty, mildly flavorful and super easy. It's perfect on a weeknight, with plenty for lunch the next day. It is my idea of fresh, and wholesome food! I made this again and it is by far one of my favorites ! Absolutely delicious!!

    Pretty good... added celery with the carrot. Would add more gnocchi next time!

    Made this and only changes I made were I used whole milk and real half and half. I also added some poultry seasoning since this seemed like a modified creamy chicken noodle soup recipe. It was great! I ate it for lunch days after and it kept and reheated very well!

    So good!! This is a very hearty soup perfect for winter. My husband loved it, and if it was a bit healthier we'd make it all the time. Note: I added more flour to thicken up the soup to our liking.

    This was my first time making and eating gnocchi - and I wasn't disappointed. It took no time at all to make, and tasted wonderful. My family and I ate the soup and only had two containers left over, and they were gone the next day. Next time I'll make a double batch.

    This recipe was delicious and my entire family (of 6) loved it! I made homemade gnocchi and dropped them in after adding the chicken but before the spinach. I will definitely make this soup again. I am almost certain the kids will be begging for it again very soon.

    Never had gnocchi so this was a new adventure. Found out I am not a big fan of this pasta but otherwise, the soup was very good. Creamy rich and good mix of veggies and chicken.. I did add extra carrot, onion and spinach and like it with the extra veggies. I will probably tweak it and add either potato or dumplings as replacement for the gnocchi next time I use the recipe.

    This recipe is simple and delicious! I added Trader Joe's super sweet frozen corn to it and it was just perfect!
