- 1/2 large red onion (finely sliced)
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 tomato (grated)
- 6 limes juiced
- 1 orange juiced (large)
- 1/2 bunch finely chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. oil (can be a neutral flavored oil like avocado or sunflower)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 red chile pepper (sliced or diced)
- 2 avocados (diced or sliced)
- plantain chips (Chifles or thin green)
