I did not care for this. I did not use soy milk not sure if that effected the taste but I did not care for the romaine lettuce flavor (only used 2 leaves) I also thought it was too runny. Suggest possibly flax powder instead of seeds & reduce milk to 1/2 C. Maybe spinach instead of romaine. Not sure but I will need to experiment to make it taste better.
