  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut milk (or almond milk or nonfat milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (nonfat, regular yogurt is fine too)
  • 2 packets sweetener (or to taste I used Splenda)
