- 1/4 cup blackstrap molasses
- 1/3 cup chinese rice wine (gluten free, vinegar)
- 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 3 red chillies (fresh long, finely chopped)
- 3 inches ginger (finely sliced into thin toothpicks)
- 3 spring onions (scallions, thinly sliced)
