really yummy! followed the instructions exactly. a little bit spicy for me but the flavors were fantastic. i knocked 2 stars off just because the portions in the recipe are huge. i was completely sick of the dish by day 3 of leftovers

Not bad -- I would reduce the amount of parsley (maybe only as a garnish) and add bay leaves. Hot sauce is needed. Try Emeril's jambalaya recipe if you're looking for something different/better

This is very yummy. Well-seasoned. Definitely one to make again. Used half can of garbanzo beans and one can dark kidney beans. Also threw in some jalepenos peppers (one). Otherwise kept recipe exactly as written.

It was a little disappointing. I felt it was just a huge pot of rice and vegetables. Could have been better but there are some good flavors.

Wonderful you can add all sorts of vegetables I used broccoli, carrots, sugar peas and beans and it’s even better
