- 1 banana (medium size very ripe)
- 1/4 cup Bran Flakes Cereal
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Directions
- Preheat a small skillet over medium heat.
- Grind cereal in a food processor or blender to make fine crumbs and then pour into small bowl.
- Slice banana in half width wise and then again length wise to make 4 pieces.
