This was so tasty. You would never know it was an healthier version. I cooked it for 50 minutes and the toothpick came out clean, but it definitely needed to cook for 60 minutes.

This zucchini bread is CRACK! Super moist, wonderful flavor. There’s only 1/4 of it left after it cooled off out of the oven. It’s not going to last! Definitely a keeper <3

Perfect! Easy to make, wonderfully healthy! I had all the ingredients already in my house. I loved the low amount of sugar. All other recipes had at least one cup of sugar. Awesome flavor.
